Dear Anxiety

A pilot project in collaboration between Julia Sage, MSW and Meg Max, arts facilitator and future therapeutic arts practitioner. 

Dear Anxiety is a 5 week, online workshop series grounded in evidence based concepts from Acceptance & Committment therapy to help you build awareness & understanding of anxiety as well as mindfulness tools to help you live fully with your own anxious experiences. These approaches will be complimented by creative writing exercises, conversation and a community environment.
