My therapy practice knowledge & tool kit is ever growing. My approach is influenced by Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based, trauma-informed and compassion focused approaches. I am formally trained in both Exposure & Response prevention treatment for OCD & Prolonged Exposure treatment for PTSD. Additionally, I have training in Mindfulness Integrated CBT, CBT for insomnia, as well as in the use of yoga in trauma therapy.
