Sage Heart: An Adult OCD Online Support Group

**Coming Fall 2025**

This group combines psychoeducation, discussions on OCD-related topics, and experiential practices such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), ACT, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Participants will have the opportunity to engage in ERP exposures, explore mindfulness and acceptance strategies, and connect with others who truly understand the experience of living with OCD.

Running for 6-week sessions at a cost of $300, this group is designed to be an adjunct to individual therapy, offering a supportive space to practice new skills, share insights, and explore strategies for moving forward in recovery. The focus will be on cultivating psychological flexibility, building self-compassion, and developing practical tools to live a meaningful life despite OCD. Participants are encouraged to share personal experiences and support each other’s growth, with an emphasis on progress rather than symptom discussion.

Folks who are interested are welcome to reach out by email to sageheartpsychotherapy@outlook.com.
